Endless Edition M18 Blower Attachment Nozzle by Animus Actual

If you wash your own car, truck, motorcycle, powersport, or anything with wheels (or ski's, propellers, etc lol) this is something you will want to add to your wash/detail kit!  As most of us know once you get done washing your vehicle you must dry it to reduce/eliminate water spotting.....well every time you use a towel and rub across your surface you are likely putting fine scratches (or worse if any debris is caught in your towel) in your paint or clear coat which is why professional detailers want you to touch your paint as little as possible.  If your vehicle has wax, sealant, or ceramic coating a blower like the Milwaukee M18 can be used to blow the water off of the surface and out of the nooks and crannies on your vehicle so a the end you can use one small microfiber to finish up the little spots that may be left and limit the rubbing across your vehicle's paint.  The attachment that Milwaukee includes with their M18 blower was designed for blowing leaves, rocks, dust, etc as they intended on it being used in a household or commercial setting and those of you that already own a M18 blower and use the factory attachment to blow off your vehicle have likely had complaints on how the factory attachment is cumbersome and awkward to use for that purpose.

This Short Stack nozzle attachment for the Milwaukee M18 blower is Animus Actual's first 100% designed and produced piece.  Many hours of R&D was put into this design and multiple versions were printed and tested before coming up with this final version.  As you can see in the pictures there are dimples incorporated near the tip to allow air to flow more smoothly along the bodies surface, which decreases the wake and low-pressure area resulting in less drag. In addition the dimples allow the air to move faster creating lower pressure inside the housing.  He also added conditioning vanes at the base to guide/speed up airflow and the venturi system was applied in the design characteristics to increase the velocity even more  This is a purpose built attachment designed to maximize every bit of airflow the M18 blower produces and push all the water off of your vehicle or machine after a fresh wash.  

In addition to being what we consider the best option available for the M18 blowers this nozzle is 99% sourced and produced in the USA and is printed right here in Wisconsin!  The body of this nozzle is printed with filament made in Kendalville, IN. The black TPU rubber ring is the only thing not sourced from the USA as he was unable to find a manufacturer of it here in the USA, but it was at least purchased from a company in Delaware.  This nozzle is constructed using ABS Prime grade virgin resin and premium colorants. He chose to use ABS for it’s impact strength and temperature resistance. During the printing process, the ABS is heated to just over 500F and the heating bed is close to 200F in a fully enclosed chamber. These conditions are needed to create a strong product. While it’s unlikely to hold up to being run over by a tank or other marketing gimmicks, it’s more than enough to hold up to normal use.
